Yoga

Yoga helps develop body awareness and teaches children how to use their bodies in a healthy way. It also manages stress through breathing, awareness, meditation, and healthy movement and helps build concentration.

Music

Music ignites all areas of child development and skills for school readiness: intellectual, social and emotional, motor, language, and overall literacy. It helps the body and mind work together. Exposing children to music during early development helps them learn the sounds and meanings of words.

Art

Art classes help develop children’s motor skills. Also, art builds children’s self-esteem by giving them the autonomy to express themselves or, as a group activity, children working together.

Sensory Play

Sensory play includes any activity that stimulates a young child's senses of touch, smell, taste, sight and hearing, as well as anything which engages movement and balance.
